Nour El Masry
My journey into psychotherapy began after experiencing first-hand the comfort that can be found through sharing my own story, sorrows, anxieties, and joys with another. Opening up to another person allowed me to see things in a new light and build more meaningful relationships.
I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am Fluent in both English and Arabic, I offer therapy in the language that feels most comfortable for you. Having worked in diverse settings, I’ve gained the skills to adapt my approach to people from different cultures, religions, and beliefs.
In addition to my academic and professional background, my journey in psychotherapy has been enriched by continuous learning and personal growth. I am committed to staying updated with the latest research and therapeutic modalities to ensure that my clients receive the best possible care.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. I am passionate about helping clients discover their strengths and resilience, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.
Drawing from my integrative approach, I incorporate elements from various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, attachment theory, self-psychology, and transactional analysis. This enables me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and preferences, ensuring a holistic and personalized therapeutic experience.
